Introduction
In this chapter the company and customer views of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) are amalgamated to yield insights into strategies on how to approach the current Bitcoin community. Figure 11 summarises the results of the customer questionnaire and triangulation is used to suggest business strategic approaches.
In this section hot areas of influence which can be applied to businesses are discussed. A possible chicken-and-egg scenario is derived from the discussions and the author recommends a partnership model and remuneration process for all parties to mutually benefit along with critical comments regarding the suggested implementations.
Finally, the dissertation is closes with limitations and future research to reflect on the processes taken and how future studies may add to this current study to yield more comprehensive findings.
