Introduction

Interview data collected from eight companies focused on the perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), and ‘intent of use’ from Venkatesh and Davis’ (1996) technology acceptance model (TAM). The raw data was explored with traditional analysis methods of frequency of mention and pattern matching with a graphical representation: word-cloud and mind-map respectively. This allowed insights into the research objectives which aims to investigate the current strategies employed by companies to offer customer value propositions, or create a competitive advantage, along with companies’ own views of Bitcoin.
