This research paper aims to discover how companies currently incorporate advantages of Bitcoin in their customer value proposition while simultaneously exploring what affects individual user’s “intent on use” through the theoretical TAM to synthesis a viable business model for future Bitcoin businesses.

Objectives

•           To understand how current Bitcoin businesses utilise Bitcoin with the TAM framework of PU and PEOU

•           To understand how current Bitcoin businesses model a customer value proposition using the TAM framework of PU and PEOU

•           To investigate the factors affecting individual user and customer’s “intent of use” using the TAM framework of PU and PEOU

•           To synthesise a business model valuable for future implementation by analysing the company and customer perspectives
