Quantitative Findings, Analysis & Disscussion

Quantitative analysis techniques, standard multiple regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to find the relationships of results obtained from individuals in questionnaires on Survey Monkey. The analysis followed the framework of Venkatesh and Davis’ (1996) technology acceptance model (TAM). This chapter investigates the correlations between the elemental components: external factors; perceived usefulness (PU); perceived ease-of-use (PEOU); and intent of use, of the TAM.

Standard multiple regression was used to test the relationship between the internal factors: PU and PEOU. External factors investigated with ANOVA were: “the highest level of education attained” (edu) and “the average time spent on the internet daily” (internet-time) and there affect PU and PEOU which all ultimately lead to actual use of Bitcoin.
