Questionnaires

Questionnaires are also known as structured interviews that are based on predetermined and standardised questions and responses. The design of quantitative research depends on what, who, how and when this research needs to be conducted. To find the one that is most suitable there are four categories of questionnaires provided into two main groups (Saunders et al., 2009): self-administered questionnaires-are completed by the respondents; interviewer administered questionnaires- are recorded by the interviewer based on the participants’ answers.
